NATIONAL PETITION TO LABEL GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOOD
Whereas More than 70% of Processed Food Contains Ingredients that Have Been Genetically Engineered in a Laboratory in a Way that Could Never Occur in Nature; and
Whereas Genetically Engineered Crops are Currently Labeled in More than 40 Countries; and
Whereas Americans Deserve the Right to Know What We Eat and Feed our Children;
Therefore We the People Petition our U.S. Representatives to Adopt Federal Laws Requiring Labeling of All Food Produced Deliberately with Genetically Engineered Ingredients.
