A Farewell to GMO’s

Speak up.  Call your representatives and remind them to support the GMO Right-to-Know Act! The Genetically Engineered Food Right-to-Know Act requires mandatory labeling of genetically engineered food.  For Congress to act on labeling genetically engineered food, your representatives have to hear from you! Here’s a summary of the legislation: “This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, … Read more

The Ultimate Sacrifice

It’s Memorial Day.  The holiday when we honor Americans who have made the ‘ultimate sacrifice’  – their lives – to uphold and defend the privileges we enjoy.  How many of us truly appreciate and actually participate in a republic “of the people, by the people, and for the people?” – and for which so many of our forefathers have sacrificed? … Read more

Defending our Food

“Achieving an environmentally sustainable, GMO free, humane agriculture system, to ensure pure nutritious food for the health and enlightenment of the American people.”

We invite everyone who cares about what they and their families eat to contribute to a special event in world history: performance of a Vedic Yagya to ensure pure and nutritious food, by achieving an environmentally sustainable, GMO free, humane agriculture system.

As the visionary co-CEO of the Chipotle restaurant chain, Steve Ellis puts it: “Genetically modified foods hold out promises that are at best untested, and at worst unrealistic. Traditional edible plants and animals have evolved alongside humans over thousands of years, to provide the people who eat them with essential nourishment. In exchange for this, we have an obligation to those plants and animals to keep caring for them responsibly.”

An unprecedented opportunity exists for helping to align national law with natural law.  From May 20-30, a group of specially trained Vedic scholars will perform a national Yagya for the United States.  The intent of the performance will be: “Achieving an environmentally sustainable, GMO free, humane agriculture system to ensure pure nutritious food, for the health and enlightenment of the American people.”

Yayga is a technology to generate life-supporting influences for counteracting and enhancing the trends of time for producing a desired result.  What determines the outcome of the Yagya is the collective intention which inspires it. The more support there is for its performance, the more powerful the effect.  In order to bring an end to the genetic engineering of our food – and to replenish the land, the farmers who care for it, and the people and creatures it sustains, we invite your participation in this epic event.  Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who revived the ancient Vedic science of Yagya, taught: “Through Yagya everything is possible.

Everyone can contribute something.  This is more than a request for funds.  If you are able to contribute financially, please visit:  https://donate.vedicpandits.org/nationalyagya/donation.php and donate generously. The deadline for donations is May 14.

Your children’s children thank you!

Farmers turn to GMO-free crops to boost income

“Hopefully we deliver the right product and people are passionate to buy (GMO free) — because that is the direction we are moving,” he said. “I’m pretty much turning farmers away because the demand for the food-grade side hasn’t increased as fast as the interest to produce them.” “Farmers turn to GMO-free crops to boost income” by … Read more

MAY DAY! MAY DAY!!

Would you rather feed your kids food engineered by nature or  Monsanto? Since more than 80% of processed food contains GMO’s, having a choice means it must be labeled. However, when former Congressman Jim Bates asked U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to label GMO’s the Secretary responded: “I have talked to my staff about labeling genetically engineered … Read more
